Please read these terms carefully before using our products or services. By accessing or using IT Gallery services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all products, services, website, social media platforms, and direct sales of IT Gallery. By using or purchasing any product or service from IT Gallery, the customer agrees to these Terms. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and IT Gallery.
- Definition
"Company", "We", or "IT Gallery" refers to IT Gallery. "Customer" refers to any person or entity purchasing products or services from IT Gallery. "Products" refer to any goods sold by IT Gallery. "Services" refer to any services provided by IT Gallery. - Product Information & Pricing
We strive to provide accurate product details, specifications, and pricing. In case of any typographical or factual errors, IT Gallery reserves the right to correct them at any time. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise specified. - Orders & Payments
Orders are confirmed only after full payment. If payment is not received within the stipulated time, IT Gallery reserves the right to cancel the order. We accept payments through cash, bank transfer, mobile banking, and credit/debit cards as per availability. - Delivery & Pickup
Delivery time may vary depending on stock, location, or logistics. Customers collecting products from the store must present valid ID and proof of purchase. IT Gallery is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services or unforeseen circumstances. - Warranty Policy
Product warranty applies according to the respective brand or IT Gallery's policy. Physical damage, water damage, burns, electrical damage, or unauthorized repairs are not covered. Warranty claims must be accompanied by the original invoice and warranty card. - Intellectual Property
All logos, designs, images, and content are the intellectual property of IT Gallery. Unauthorized commercial use is prohibited. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without explicit written permission. - Liability Limit
IT Gallery is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, data loss, or third-party issues unless required by law. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service in question. - Amendments
IT Gallery may modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms will apply immediately. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. - Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Bangladesh courts. Both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good faith negotiations before resorting to legal action.
এই শর্তাবলী ("Terms & Conditions") IT Gallery-এর সকল পণ্য, সেবা, ওয়েবসাইট, সোশ্যাল মিডিয়া প্ল্যাটফর্ম ও সরাসরি বিক্রয়ের ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য। IT Gallery থেকে কোনো পণ্য বা সেবা গ্রহণ করলে গ্রাহক এই শর্তাবলীতে সম্মত হন। এই শর্তাবলী আপনার এবং IT Gallery-এর মধ্যে একটি আইনগতভাবে বাধ্যতামূলক চুক্তি গঠন করে।
- সংজ্ঞা
"আমরা", "আমাদের", "IT Gallery" বোঝায় IT Gallery ব্যবসা প্রতিষ্ঠানকে। "গ্রাহক" বোঝায় যেকোনো ব্যক্তি বা প্রতিষ্ঠান যারা IT Gallery থেকে পণ্য বা সেবা গ্রহণ করেন। "পণ্য" বলতে IT Gallery দ্বারা বিক্রিত যেকোনো পণ্য বোঝায়। "সেবা" বলতে IT Gallery দ্বারা প্রদত্ত যেকোনো সেবা বোঝায়। - পণ্যের তথ্য ও মূল্য
আমরা সর্বোচ্চ চেষ্টা করি সঠিক তথ্য ও মূল্য প্রদর্শনের। টাইপোগ্রাফিক বা তথ্যগত ভুল থাকলে IT Gallery তা সংশোধনের অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে। মূল্য পূর্ব নোটিশ ছাড়াই পরিবর্তন হতে পারে। বিশেষ উল্লেখ না থাকলে সকল মূল্য বাংলাদেশী টাকায় (BDT)। - অর্ডার ও পেমেন্ট
অর্ডার তখনই নিশ্চিত হবে যখন পুরো পেমেন্ট সম্পন্ন হবে। সময়মতো পেমেন্ট না হলে IT Gallery অর্ডার বাতিল করতে পারে। আমরা নগদ, ব্যাংক ট্রান্সফার, মোবাইল ব্যাংকিং এবং ক্রেডিট/ডেবিট কার্ড (উপলব্ধতা অনুযায়ী) এর মাধ্যমে পেমেন্ট গ্রহণ করি। - ডেলিভারি ও সংগ্রহ
ডেলিভারি সময় স্টক, অবস্থান বা লজিস্টিকসের উপর নির্ভরশীল। দোকান থেকে সংগ্রহের ক্ষেত্রে বৈধ পরিচয়পত্র ও ক্রয়ের প্রমাণ দেখানো বাধ্যতামূলক। তৃতীয় পক্ষের ডেলিভারি সেবা বা অপ্রত্যাশিত পরিস্থিতির কারণে বিলম্বের জন্য IT Gallery দায়ী নয়। - ওয়ারেন্টি নীতি
প্রতিটি পণ্যের ওয়ারেন্টি সংশ্লিষ্ট ব্র্যান্ড বা IT Gallery-এর নীতিমালার আওতায় প্রযোজ্য। ফিজিক্যাল ক্ষতি, পানি লাগা, পোড়া, বিদ্যুৎজনিত ক্ষতি বা অনুমোদনবিহীন মেরামত কভার করা হবে না। ওয়ারেন্টি ক্লেইম অবশ্যই আসল ইনভয়েস এবং ওয়ারেন্টি কার্ডসহ করতে হবে। - বুদ্ধিবৃত্তিক সম্পত্তি
IT Gallery-এর লোগো, ডিজাইন, ছবি ও কনটেন্ট তাদের বুদ্ধিবৃত্তিক সম্পত্তি। অনুমতি ছাড়া বাণিজ্যিক ব্যবহার নিষিদ্ধ। স্পষ্ট লিখিত অনুমতি ছাড়া আপনি কোনো কনটেন্ট পুনরুৎপাদন, বিতরণ বা ডেরিভেটিভ ওয়ার্ক তৈরি করতে পারবেন না। - দায়বদ্ধতা
IT Gallery প্রত্যক্ষ বা পরোক্ষ ক্ষতি, ডেটা লস বা তৃতীয় পক্ষের সমস্যার জন্য দায়ী থাকবে না, আইন অনুযায়ী বাধ্যতামূলক হলে ছাড়া। আমাদের সর্বোচ্চ দায়বদ্ধতা সংশ্লিষ্ট পণ্য বা সেবার জন্য প্রদত্ত অর্থের বেশি হবে না। - শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তন
IT Gallery যেকোনো সময় পূর্ব নোটিশ ছাড়াই এই শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তন করতে পারে। পরিবর্তিত শর্তাবলী প্রকাশের সাথে সাথে কার্যকর হবে। পরিবর্তনগুলো দেখার দায়িত্ব আপনার। - প্রযোজ্য আইন
এই শর্তাবলী বাংলাদেশের প্রযোজ্য আইন অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত হবে এবং যেকোনো বিরোধের ক্ষেত্রে বাংলাদেশের আদালতের এখতিয়ার প্রযোজ্য হবে। উভয় পক্ষ আইনি ব্যবস্থা নেওয়ার আগে শুদ্ধ বিশ্বাসের আলোচনার মাধ্যমে বিরোধ মেটানোর চেষ্টা করতে সম্মত হন।
